Description:
The Wine Club and Shipping Lead is a collaborative partner within the DTC, Distribution, and Wine Club teams.
The Lead ensures the flow of all orders and shipments is completed in a professional, friendly, and timely manner and manages the Sales Operations Associates and Wine Club Ambassadors.
Position Expectations:
Leadership Performance manage and lead Wine Club ambassadors and Sales Ops Associates (3-4 Direct Reports) Lead problem solving initiatives and process improvements with the direct reports Sales Operations Work closely with the Wine Club team by processing all clubs, ensuring compliance, and completing shipping timelines Ensure all items needed to successfully process club are completed prior to club processing Co-own the club timeline with Wine Club team Oversee Club Quality Control at Fulfillment Warehouse Own shipping inbox, flip to ships, and reprocessing/returns/reships Liaison between Domaine Serene and Fulfillment Warehouse team Own Ship Compliant and fulfillment processes Own shipping strategies & pricing, weather holds, insufficient inventory holds, shipping instructions (all Fulfillment facets) Own special requirement state orders, quarantines, international orders, returns, and samples Approve all Fulfillment Warehouse Invoices Oversee in-house shipping to special requirement states to ensure packages are received in a timely manner.
Facilitate physical gift card orders and keep par levels are each location Assist in Wine Club training Cross check all transfers for all Domaine Serene locations and submit BOLs, in requests and out requests Back up for distribution specialist and back up for allocations/batching AR/Cash Management Oversee cash counts at all locations on a bi-monthly or monthly basis.
Manage distribution AR by overseeing checks are received and deposited.
Inventory Assist in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation process working closely with the lounge teams, Inventory Manager, and Director of Financial Planinng and Analysis.

Experience and other Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years professional shipping, logistics, supply chain, or project management experience Minimum 1-3 years of direct management experience Lean Six Sigma experience preferred Experience in the wine industry is preferred.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel.
Education:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or 3-5 years' experience is required.

The compensation package is competitive and includes bonus potential.
