The Housekeeping Associate proactively coordinates all aspects of cleaning and guest house preparations at Domaine Serene Winery under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Passionately promotes the winery as a premier luxury brand, and creates a memorable guest experience for every guest.
This position also establishes and effectively maintains high standards of performance in all areas, including but not limited to:
winery cleanliness, guest house cleanliness, stocking of guest house with consumables that are in line with a luxury brand.
Core Position Expectations:
Delivers a luxury standard housekeeping skill set to consistently meet high cleaning standards for all winery buildings, offices and guest houses.
Collaborates with the Hospitality Team to successfully prepare all areas of winery for special events and VIP guest visits in a manner that is well organized and consistent with brand image.
Partners with the Hospitality Team to ensure guest experiences meet the high standards of the brand.
Maintains high standards and makes recommendations to the Housekeeping Supervisor for continuous improvement.
Efficiently completes all Area Cleaning Checklists and meets or exceeds expectations for area cleanliness.
Coordinates the vacancy, arrivals and departures schedules of the guest houses and prioritizes accordingly.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, or the equivalent combination of education and/or two to four years' experience in housekeeping is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
