As a Branch Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions and data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
You will provide administrative and operational support to our branch offices.
Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of our branch operations and ensure a positive experience for our internal customers.
You will reconcile discrepancies, participate in documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, and support the overall efficiency of our business processes.

Serve as a central point of contact for employees and departments, providing administrative support and addressing standard inquiries and requests according to OrePac's SOP's and training manuals in a timely and professional manner.
Process and enter data accurately into the centralized ERP system, including but not limited to:
supplier returns, customer credit notes, vendor debit memos, invoicing, inventory cost updates, and financial transactions.
Respond to inquiries and requests from branch staff and customers in a professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service and adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Responsible for distribution of standard system reports including additional direction as needed to branch personnel.
Participate in development and documentation of OrePac's SOP's and best practices for ERP data management and transaction processing.
Look for and communicate to Senior Branch Support Specialist opportunities for process improvement to enhance shared service operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gather and share information and support process improvement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with system upgrades, enhancements, and changes in ERP functionality.
Maintain branch-specific records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide support in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to five years of experience in an administrative role preferred; or any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of this position.
One to five years of experience with ERP systems or shared service platforms required.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a branch support, shared services, or customer service environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities, including data entry and documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
