The Sales Operations Associate supports the DTC, Distribution and Sales Operations teams to ensure that orders and shipments are completed in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Core Position Expectations:
Sales Operations Support o Support the wine club team bi-annually by processing orders, ensuring compliance, QC club system setup and hitting timelines o Work closely with the Wine Club and Sales Operations Associates and provide back-up support as needed o Assist the DTC team events by working at Wine Pickup to provide extra support o Send weekly sales summary to DTC team o Monitor inventory levels and alert Sales Operations Specialists of low stock SKUs o Seek out opportunities for efficiency and innovation o Ensure orders are being shipped timely and accurately, sending tracking information to relevant parties o Daily monitoring of shipping email inbox o Work with the DTC fulfillment warehouse & DTC team on shipping changes & updates including reroutes, recalls, call tags, reships, replacements, holds, quarantines o Assist DTC team and customers with shipping inquiries & compliance order questions o Daily deposit of checks received and entry recording in our accounting system o Ensuring timely delivery of invoices to distributors and maintaining positive relationships with distributors o Weekly A/R collections reach out, tracking & reporting, providing information to Distribution & Sales Operations Specialist Job Type:
